All the staff at Dayfields are very professional and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you for looking after my property and my tenants for the last 12 years..I always recomend Dayfields to my friends and family .

Horrible experience with Dayfields. Waiting on call backs for DAYS ON END. Very useless in (1) find a property and (2) customer service. Would NEVER use again. I have never been to the office, neither met the owner, and the owner has never met or even spoke to my partner, I've got proof of all this so please don't lie to anyone about me. I have been cordial and polite and you have been difficult, and impossible to contact. Please do yourself the justice of accepting you performed a bad service and moving on, not trying to lie about myself or my partner

We've been renting from this agent for quite a long time. Had some disagreements here and there throughout the tenancy but overall experience was positive. When it came to moving out they were very helpful keeping top-level communication, negotiating with the landlord etc. The most heartwarming fact was them sending our mail and a parcel to a new address that came after we've moved out. Keep it up Dayfields! ????

Very poor customer service. I phoned 10 times at least and every time the secretary took my phone number and promised that the agent will be in touch, which never happened!
