Horrible experience with Dayfields. Waiting on call backs for DAYS ON END. Very useless in (1) find a property and (2) customer service. Would NEVER use again. I have never been to the office, neither met the owner, and the owner has never met or even spoke to my partner, I've got proof of all this so please don't lie to anyone about me. I have been cordial and polite and you have been difficult, and impossible to contact. We've been renting from this agent for quite a long time. Had some disagreements here and there throughout the tenancy but overall experience was positive. When it came to moving out they were very helpful keeping top-level communication, negotiating with the landlord etc. The most heartwarming fact was them sending our mail and a parcel to a new address that came after we've moved out. Where do I start, This really is the most professional estate agents in the land. I had my first quarterly inspection in December, a young lady by the name of Dawn arrived bang on time, she was very friendly & very accommodating, she noticed that the bedroom carpet has a tear & a burn mark so she had it replaced with 3 weeks, she said that the lino in the kitchen needs replacing & that was replaced within 4 weeks, I told Dawn about the draught coming through the bedroom window so she arranged for a company to take out all the windows & put new rubbers on, clean & grease, Dawn is very professional & very kind. I would like to say a massive thank to Robert for giving me peace of mind, I had a burst water pipe in the bathroom & he arranged a plumber with 45 minutes & within 12 hours problem solved, I also called Robert about the boiler not producing hot water, within 5 hours a boiler engineer arrived, found the problem & returned the next evening with the parts, problem solved. The washing has water in the drum after the wash, I called Robert, he had a washing machine engineer come to my flat the very next day & he cleaned out all the lime scale from the main pipe. I am 54 years old & never experienced such a superb customer service. I would like to say that Dawn & Robert are under paid & I wish you both good health.... Read more
