My husband and I have been with Ellis & Co. since 2000, first as tenants and then as landlord, therefore we have experienced both sides. From the outset, the team headed by Richard initially and then Nadia was outstanding, especially when my husband took up an appointment overseas. They took care of gas certificates, issues when appliances were broken, dealing with Enfield Council, etc. Since my husband has passed Fathum is most helpful, professional and polite. I cannot thank the team at Ellis & Co., Enfield enough.

All matters were dealt with in a professional manner and all enquires were responded to promptly and diligently - at no point did I feel out of the loop. If for whatever reason Paul was not available, the rest of the team made every effort to assist in his absence, and I was never left waiting long to be contacted. As we were aiming to exchange before the end of stamp duty holiday, his speedy responses helped us to follow up with delayed documents. There are no hidden charges and they are completely straight with me at all times. I deal mostly with Nadia, but Richard also gets involved when Nadia isn't available and they seem to be singing from the same song sheet.

Excellent customer service and very friendly, I have peace of mind that my property is in good hands. They have good connections with local tradesmen and anything that has required attention in my flat has been addressed instantly. Any work that has been done has been of the highest standard and with minimum disruption to my tenant. Nadia has been incredibly helpful!! She is reliable and trustworthy and has made letting and maintaining my property much simpler. I am notified immediately of anything that requires my attention and all paperwork is thoroughly documented and explained. Excellent. Very efficient and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile. I like the fact that the people in the Enfield office are the ones who actually go out and conduct the property inspections, and write the reports. I know that my properties are in safe hands. They also use local tradesmen whom they have a long established relationship with. Nadia has been extremely helpful, and even offered to meet me at one property on her day off, as I live a long way away and she wanted to help me. She also provided me with reliable local contacts who have refurbished one of my properties to a high standard in a turnaround of two weeks. All paperwork such as contracts, terms of business etc are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I am very happy with the service that I have received so far and would recommend them.

Shame there is not 0 stars.
Arranged to view a property for 11.40 sat and he never showed up. Took me about 8 calls for anyone to awnser and when I did he told me viewings were at 11.30 yet booked for 11.40.
There was no way he was even at the property doing viewings at 11.30 anyway as I had got there about 11.20.
He told me he had not even had my name in the diary! When he awnserd he said he can be there after his next viewing so I said okay I can only wait 15 mins as I have another property to look at. I waited around 20 mins and he did not show up so I just left. Called this morning to complain to a manger and the same guy had awnserd and he was really rude and said he remembers me from the weekend and I never waited around for him ! I waited long enough and the agency is rude and a no show the guy was very rude towards me ! I would advise renting from there if there like that when showing people around and over the phone I dread to thing what type of agency they would be to look after your home
