We had a most unusual historic property to sell and I’m glad to report that eventually we were successful selling to a charming celebrity who decided to try out the local area’s many attractions. Mark Wiggins along with Ellie and Evie have been excellent - always professional and helpful. Evie was particularly good in chasing up the process all the way from viewing through offer and then to completion, often negotiating and managing solicitors and others on our behalf. Both Evie and Ellie were really good at organising viewings and managing the people viewing (even when they were late, rude or just didn’t show up!). Excellent service and support and bluntly honest assessment from Mark - what he says is honest, accurate and ultimately helpful even if at the time it might be hard to hear!
