Decided to use Banc as they presented well and were already well established in Cuffley. Both Andrew and Nitesh managed the sale liaised with our buyer and their solicitor and made the whole process pretty seamless meaning less stress for us. Would readily recommend.

Wow, why would you use anyone else?!
We listed with BANC and had an offer within about ten days.
Ok, the weather helped as the garden looked gorgeous but it was Andrew Crump who brought the buyers around.
And this was in April when house prices were falling.
Andrew kept us informed every step of the way and was always professional to deal with.
We decided to list with BANC as we kept seeing their blue signs around Cuffley and Goffs Oak and they nearly always had SOLD on them.
