I have been with moloneys for 12 years now and have had no issues, every time I went into the office they were friendly and professional, I have absolutely no complaints and nothing but positive experiences with them.

Maloney valued my property at about 750k.Other, more reputable agents valued it at 1.2m. It was sold very quickly at an agreed price of just under 1.2m If I had gone with Maloney Estate Agent I could have lost 500,000 pounds.Cannot recommend these agents!

Do NOT deal with this agents, particularly Patrick Moloney. Don't be fooled by his 'friendly' demeanor and certainly do not rent through this estate agents. He is only out for himself, he will do NOTHING to help you. After almost 6 years of being a very decent tenant, I was Section 21 evicted, lied to with the reason and made homeless in a matter of weeks, causing much distress. Disgracefully abused his position and should be reported to the Property Ombudsman

Genuinely a kind and honest estate agent. All the agents at Moloney's really look after you and get the job done, FAST as well!
from putting our house on the market we had offer an of exactly what we needed within 1 day of our home going live!
I would would highly recommend Moloney's to anyone looking to sell their home, or buy or rent for that matter!

I rented through Moloney’s for two years and I would say they are absolutely a delight to work with, I am naturally a difficult person and they were never rude or reacted to me they were always professional and patient with me , their customer service delivery is second to none . The whole team are great Sammi , Clare etc.
Patrick is absolutely amazing he goes the extra mile in his service delivery very supportive with a nice touch of genuine concern .

Moloney's have been managing my property for many years now and I have never once had any reason to complain. They've been so easy to work with, always professional, direct, and above all honest, which unfortunately you can't say about all estate agents. I've been completely satisfied with the service and would strongly recommend

I first rented through this agency 7 years ago and was very pleased with the service. All my needs were taken into consideration and the process was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. I had to move home recently with a short notice and Mr Patrick Moloney was very responsive to my situation and found the very right property for my needs in the shortest time possible. I'm very grateful I had to deal with Moloney's, because this agency has professional and hard working staff like Sami who was always very responsive to my emails and extremely helpful in everything I needed. If I have to move home again or buy my first property, I will definitely go to Moloney's. Simply 5 stars ????????????????????!

poor customer service. I phoned in relation to a house that had recently come on to the market. I was told that the valuation hadn't yet been done but left my number for someone to call the following day to arrange a viewing but no one called. I called the following day but no one in the office picked up the phone.I then phoned the following Tuesday after the weekend and explained that know one had returned my calls. They didn't seem to bothered about not getting back to me. very unprofessional service. And before Patrick comes back with the "this must be a fake review as i am not registered with them" as he has done on numerous other posts, clearly not the case from the above

I've rented through Maloneys since 2012. Patrick and his team have been professional and courteous since day I moved in, to the day I moved out. They treat you like an individual and take into consideration your personal needs. Always there to help whether it's a problem with the property or you've locked yourself out. Even though I'm moving on, I'll always pop in to Maloneys for a chat when I'm in the area. Patrick wasn't just my agent, also a friend. Thanks Patrick, thanks Maloneys.
