I have really enjoyed my experience of buying a house with Banner and Co. The best thing for me was the friendliness and approachability of the staff. They will do whatever they can to make time for you and that proved very beneficial for me especially because the area where I bought was not even on my list so naturally I had a lot of queries and concerns which were addressed to my satisfaction. The other thing that really pleased me was the fact that they are completely honest with you – there is no sales agenda behind the advice that they give. They would lay out the pros and cons for you and let you make the decision. I did not see any bias towards selling the property throughout the process. I would highly recommend using them if you are looking to buy in Lymm or surrounding areas!

Banner & Co acted as letting agent for our apartment in Lymm for eight years, and also in relation to its recent sale. During all that time, including through the sale process, the team have provided a fully supportive and proactive service, dealing with all and any aspects of successive tenancies on our behalf with the least amount of fuss.

Basically. they just got on with whatever was needed to make
the rental as trouble-free for us as possible, and were always on hand. This became even more important when we moved to the South of England five years ago. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services to current and prospective landlords.

Having paid upfront to another local agent and wasted over a year with them trying to sell our Lymm property we decided to go to Banner and co as we were beginning to believe we would never find a buyer.

I couldn't fault them for their service, professionalism and more importantly they were able to sell our house within a couple of months when the other agent had almost given up on getting the sale through! I would highly recommend them.
