It has been a pleasure working with Banners - they are extremely hard working, efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with. They have made the whole process dealing with the sale of my mother’s home after her death a much more smooth process. They have looked after the house checking on security weekly as the family is spread across the country and we weren’t able to visit regularly. I would especially recommend Gill who has been extremely kind and supportive throughout the sale process though this does apply to all the members of the team. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We had a very tricky sale for a number of reasons, none may I add to do with Banner Estate agents! Banner were fantastic from start to finish. From the initial appraisal to completion all the team showed fantastic communication, professionalism, understanding and kept a great sense of humour which kept us going to the finish line.
Without Banner we would never have kept the determination to see the sale through.
We cannot recommend them highly enough.
If you want a fantastic team to hand hold you through a stressful process then don't hesitate to choose them as your agent.

Having recently moved into our new home in Lymm, we would like to thank Banners Estate Agent for all their help and support during what is inevitably a stressful time. From showing us around properties, right through to making sure the purchase process kept moving along steadily, Banners staff were always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and diligent in their support. They played a key role liaising between the various parties. On moving day they contacted us immediately the purchase had been finalised, and we were able to collect the keys from them a short time later. We were also especially pleased that Banners continued to help even after the sale was complete: On moving day they contacted the seller for us with a query about the shower, and they were happy to take and pass on post for the previous owner that arrived after we moved in. Very helpful and impressive; we would not hesitate to recommend Banners as an excellent, reliable and friendly estate agent.

We bought and sold through Banner recently with Linda and the team doing a fabulous job navigating what turned out to be a fairly tricky transaction. The chain was simple enough but we faced administrative delays due to some nuances with the titles and also workload at both the solicitors and land registry. This is where you see the value of a good agent, with Linda and team stepping in to ensure all parties were kept up to date and did a great job ensuring both transactions were completed ahead of a deadline we were working to. A long journey, but very grateful to the work put in by all at Banner.

Wonderful service from Banners from start to finish of our move. It was a rocky road along the way, mainly due to the unknown hurdles of trying to sell a house and move during a pandemic...... That said, throughout all the twists and turns, we really felt looked after and prioritised by Linda and the team at Banners. Other Estate Agents in the chain were exposed really, in terms of their commitment being nowhere near as focused in other parts of the chain, and we feel so lucky that Banners were on our side, chasing everything up throughout the chain and not just our part of it. I have really enjoyed my experience of buying a house with Banner and Co. The best thing for me was the friendliness and approachability of the staff. They will do whatever they can to make time for you and that proved very beneficial for me especially because the area where I bought was not even on my list so naturally I had a lot of queries and concerns which were addressed to my satisfaction. The other thing that really pleased me was the fact that they are completely honest with you – there is no sales agenda behind the advice that they give. They would lay out the pros and cons for you and let you make the decision. I did not see any bias towards selling the property throughout the process. I would highly recommend using them if you are looking to buy in Lymm or surrounding areas!

During all that time, including through the sale process, the team have provided a fully supportive and proactive service, dealing with all and any aspects of successive tenancies on our behalf with the least amount of fuss.
