I have owned and rented property in Lymm for over 15 years and cannot recommend Neil, Paul and Paula enough. As a remote landlord having an agent that goes the extra mile when required really makes them stand out when compared to others in the industry

Used them to let my property. Never bothers to respond to email communication, or do any work whatsoever. Even to the extent that they commission work on the property without approval on a regular basis. I have instructed them every year that I will arrange certificates and they just go ahead and do it without telling me and expect me to pay over the odds for people who are clearly their mates. Don't bother unless you're a landlord who is happy to be ignored

I have recently rented a beautiful house from ridgeway after a very bad experience with the previous letting agents call cowdell clarke (liars) and the difference in customer service is light years apart, the staff at ridgeway are truly professional georgina and Angela sorted everything out meticulously in fine detail and ensured everything run smoothly, angela was the lady who found me the property after registering with them and georgina sorted the financial side out. 5 stars for both ladies and ridgeway Estate agents.

I rented an apartment from Ridgeway about 7 years ago and they were always helpful and responsive if there was an issue. We then purchased a property from them and again we only experienced an excellent service. I have now sold a property for them and I can not speak highly enough of Paula. She is exceptional and goes above and beyond. These are by far the best estate agents in Lymm by a long shot.
