It has been along slog but we got there in the end. I want to thank all the staff at Gascoigne Halman- Lymm Branch. From Andrew the manager who initially valued my house and gave me some really good advice and all the lovely sales staff. I think all of them have been in my house showing potential buyers around. The staff care about you and are genuinely invested in selling your house for the best realistic price. We did have some hiccups- I lost a buyer because they lost their buyer so I had to move on and the staff helped with their positive comments & feedback. Sam has been the chief negotiator in the latter stages and want to thank her for her reassurance and professionalism. Sarah always has a great smile and Debbie showed me around the house I purchased and did some negotiating on my behalf and kept me up to date. Thank you all so much :) Jo

When viewing the property, we were put in touch with the fantastic mortgage advisor, Hayley, who really looked after us assisting me with my mortgage and my partner’s remortgage every step of the way. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Just to add to it all, when picking up our keys today, our dog was very well looked after in the office with lots of treats. Excellent, professional and friendly service with expertise to boot!
We have rental properties which are run by Gascoigne Halman and have bought and sold with them many times over the years.
Most recently sold a property and from the very fair valuation by Bobby, through all the very fast viewings and great feedback from the front office staff through to Sam, who managed to push all parties through the sale even though I gave a very tight deadline ... I am impressed!!
I can't think of any reason to use any other agency

The initial meeting was great. We were very pleased with the way it was advertised and we got a good number of viewings very quickly.
From these viewings we received some pleasing offers.
The hiccup we did have was concerning a viewing which left potential buyers outside the property without gaining access to view!
However we did get a buyer reasonably quickly and the remainder of the process went smoothly.
