When searching for an Estate Agent to sell our property I requested quite a few to give us a valuation. All of them were quick to look round, give an estimate, their card and promise to sell it without any real passion and then leaving after 10mins of walking in the door. Simon however, wanted to sit down, have a chat, understand our situation, reason for selling, get to know us and ultimately understand what we required before being shown around. He was extremely attentive and professional and remained so throughout the whole process. He was open and honest and achieved the price we wanted by putting the hard work in for us. He knew our property inside out which I think goes a long way when showing potential buyers around, I didn't atall doubt that he couldn't sell our property and make it attractive to any buyer. Which I am very grateful for. I could not recommend Barker Stone more highly. Their fees are slightly more but the service and the presentation of our property was second to none and worth every single penny.... Read more

Barker Stone takes the stress out of selling your house, after being put in a situation where I needed to sell my property as soon as possible I contacted Simon and was presented with nothing but a profession, reliable and friendly service. Getting buyers through the door is the biggest hurdle and Barker Stone proved this to be a walk in the park within the first week topping the viewings into double figures and selling the property without any difficulty.
