Moving house at the best of times is really stressful. I like most was selling and buying at the same time. What I can confirm is the due diligence, friendliness and shear tenacity of Crendon House was needed.

Crendon House took care of everything from the beginning to the completion. A few unforeseen issues that came up during the process that could have prevented the sale saw Liz and Roland working above and beyond to overcome the issues which resulted in the sale/purchase completing in a timely manner. Communication was consistent and on point, friendly and professional. I will use Crendon House again and highly recommend their services.

Crendons overvalued our property and could not negotiate between my ex a reduction in price. They ignored my emails and would only deal with my ex. They changed the dates on Rightmove to make it look like it had not been on the market for long and reduced the price on my ex's instructions without any consultation with me to a price that was still far in excess of its value. They refused to deal with me and did not answer any of my emails asking for an update on the sale of the property.

We recently rented a property in Farnham Common and Mark from Crendon House was on hand to answer every question and query I had. Mark was always on the other end of the phone with that being email or phone calls with quick responses putting our minds at ease.
