Eddie and his team were highly professional from start to finish. Marketing the property showed great attention to detail and resulted in achieving full asking price within 2 weeks of listing. After a very disappointing experience with a large High St agent, we moved to Robinson’s. They uploaded our brochure online on a Friday, had lined up a viewing the following Wednesday, with a serious offer made on the Thursday. The end to end handling was so incredibly genuine and thorough that as first time sellers, we struggled to understand what all the bad press about the UK market was about. Eddie and Matt oversaw our sale and didn’t go missing at any stage - always available to chat through everything and not “shmarmy” and disinterested like our previous agents. We were given a customised service, rather than the conveyor belt treatment and we believe their attention to detail is what got our place sold in such an unbelievably fast window, in a market flooded with properties exactly like ours. My partner and I will sing their praises to anyone, buying and selling is such a stressful experience and Robinson’s made it as seamless as possible, cannot recommend them enough.... Read more

Eddie Robinson is a no nonsense agent who listens to what you want. He always gets back to you. In this crazy busy times you may have to initiate some calls, as communication is a two way street. My house took a while for the right buyer to show up, Eddie worked with me as we reviewed strategies and decided how to go forward. After the sale he was always there to nudge the contract along. If you want weekly long conversations for the sake of keeping in touch with your agent, Eddie is probably not your agent, if you want a plain talking, get the job done then Eddie would be a good choice.... Booked to see a property, was initially accommodating and helpful over the phone. Estate agent was late arriving to the property and very casual in his manner when he did get there. Quite dismissive and rude in nature, then proceeded to whistle loudly whilst we looked around the house, this was not only hugely irritating but disrespectful and showed a lack of interest. Sarcastically answered questions about the property and told us “a road is a road” when asking about the volume of traffic nearby, a basic question you’d expect an estate agent to be able to answer without flippancy. The attitude of the man who showed us the property was enough to put me off even enquiring about any other houses in their range. Wouldn’t recommend using them from the view of a seller or a buyer.... Read more

Eddie and his team at Robinson Estate Agents are exceptional. After a miserable experience with one of the major High St names in Maidenhead (unrealistic pricing, poor communication, a mere three viewings in two months – ‘stick it on and they will come’ approach), Eddie and Kipp came to our rescue. Eddie is professional and personable who quickly establishes a rapport and takes an interest in all aspects of your property so he’s able to answer all prospective buyers’ queries and sell it effectively. He listened to us, gave great insight into the local market and provided honest feedback. He arranged photos and a floorplan that were considerably more detailed than the previous agent could be bothered to provide and consequently delivered 3x as many viewings before the property had been marketed properly. As a result we were able to accept an offer for asking price within four days of it being listed that enabled us to secure our #1 choice in Bath. Throughout the sales process Eddie remained diligent and attentive, continuing to communicate with both parties and solicitors, and I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough.... Read more

Eddie was the estate agent acting on behalf of the vendors we purchased from, so wasn't actually representing us. Even so, we were so impressed by Robinson we wanted to provide a review. Excellent communication, right from the start when we got in touch to let them know we were on the market, they only contacted us with properties that were relevant, then through the negotiation and sale Eddie was professional, easy to get hold off and very open and honest. I'm sure this contributed to a smooth transaction, and was also on hand to help post move.
