As an update to my previous review, I’ve had an update from the seller of the house I put an offer in.I was indeed the highest offer and Barrhead property misrepresented my position to the seller meaning I lost out on the property despite telling them my house was already sold to the council and could move quick. I strongly recommend no one uses them. Having had experience with their rivals who are much better Kelly Residential, the difference is night and day. Dealing with estate agents who are not dodgy and competent at their jobs. A lot of people I’ve spoke to regret using them and know now to stay clear. Choose a better estate agent and not this dodgy lot.... Read more

Trying to obtain a home report is like trying by to get blood out of stone! After several calls I gave up. I was told by the gentleman who took my calls chasing that he didn’t know how to send an email and lots of people on holiday. I then chased again a few days later and still no home report. I was informed about the progress of the sale the whole time. And was positively surprised that both properties sold in one week.
