Bastion provided a more than excellent service. As a team (Jackie, Linda and Jane) where the only letting agency ( and I’ve been in contact with most in Stirling!) who actually listened, didn’t give any false hopes and communicated on a regular basis. Their personal, empathetic approach is a rare quality. Thank you.

Sadly, we entered into a lease for my 18yo daughter - she’s 1 of 4 renting a newly refurbished flat.
Except it’s not rentable!
My daughter has lectures from Monday and is currently homeless.
Bastión say there’s been an issue getting council approval yet the lease had an entry date of 24/8/22. And I paid the 1st month rent and deposit in July.
The current situation is that we can:
a) walk away and find another accommodation (there’s nothing available at the university and nothing suitable available elsewhere, with many leases specifically excluding students)
b) wait (til whenever as there’s nothing concrete in terms of IF or WHEN the accommodation will be available)
Where is the duty of care?

Bastion offer a fantastic service for tenants. I rented from them for 8 years and they were nothing but professional the entire time. If there were any repairs that were needing done they were carried out quickly and without any hassle. I've rented for a while now from various different agents and Bastion is hands down the best letting agent I've ever dealt with. I can't recommend them enough if you're looking to rent or sell in Stirling.

Went to view a house, was told we would hear back the following Tuesday, no news, chased up the Wednesday told owner had not come back but after this phonecall no communication, very unprofessional

Was a student tenant with Bastion for 2 years. Really great company, very professional and extremely helpful and quick to respond to any issues in the flat though there were few. Big thanks to Jane, Alison and Kevin for all their help.

I recently used Bastion to sell my. Aunts house on her behalf. I've never chosen to review an estate agent before but I must say they were professional, great value and went above and beyond to get me the best sale I could have wanted. They are straight forward, and a family company, giving individual service Honestly don't look anywhere else. Very pleased with the service, no faults. Market beating rates.
