These people send out white envelope mail outs addressed to THE HOMEOWNER.
AALL official and important looking. So you tear it open, worry in your heart and it's a "would you like a free valuation?" card.
Last time, I called them and asked them to remove me from their marketing.
They didn't. So I am returning it in person today. I won't use them, ever.
TWO YEARS LATER.. THEY RESPOND TO SAY THEY WILL DEAL WITH IT PROMPTLY!!!!!! Now that's funny.

The entire team at Benjamin Stevens have been extremely helpful, kind and patient in the process of selling a family members property that took a while to sell due to circumstances. I trusted their opinions with everything. I felt comfortable speaking with all of them, especially Jackie, Robert and Scott. They kept me up to date with emails and calls and Jackie went out the way to support me throughout. Thank you all! Would definitely recommend this team.

Benjamin Stevens had been managing my flat for approximately 15 years and always found good tenants and managed well, When I wanted to sell it was natural to try them and it was a good choice with the lettings/management and sales team working in harmony to arrange viewings, and pass on information. The company put together the marketing pack quickly and efficiently and found a buyer quickly.
Robert Murray handled the sales process and was fantastic at ensuring any glitches were communicated quicly and dealt with effectively keeping the buyer and me happy

Scott Bernstein and his team at Benjamin Stevens were exemplary in the service they provided us with respect to the sale of a property in Bushey which completed at the end of July 2024.
As a family, we were going through a very difficult and stressful period when the property was put on the market and there were complications. Scott was swift in finding a bona fide purchaser and he and the team were empathetic, friendly and at the same time efficient and effective in getting the sale through. Their communications were great and they were always fast in getting back to us and in resolving the issues that arose.
We would have no hesitation in recommending them on the basis of our experience.

I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
