Some of the property issues have been less than straight forward but they've always found a solution and given their full support. Booked in a viewing, rang to confirm was running slightly late. Estate agent the failed to turn up (waited 20 minutes) proceeded to knock on the door to speak to the tenant who informed us an offer had been made and accepted. Estate agent failed to tell us this, joke of an estate agent and would never use the Saltaire one again.

After going through possibly some of the worst estate agents in West Yorkshire in my previous properties I found myself under the wing of Bentleys and specifically Nichola.

Once negotiations started I found myself in my new property in two weeks and couldn't ask for a better letting agent.

Five stars for these guys.
