Shocking service, enquired to view a property and potentially buy but missed the phone call. Voicemail said to call them back. I did within 30 mins, no answer numerous times. No call the next day so I called only to be told they have agreed a sale and they were trying to immediately end the phone call. Very poor customer service. Will avoid now whilst looking for my new home

I approached Bentons (and other agents) in April 24 with a view to letting my property. I chose Bentons because they were well represented in my area, and understood the differences in marketing city/town properties and country properties. The friendly lettings team are specialised, extremely knowledgable and very well qualified. I feel like we are in good hands and I have chosen the best agency.

This was due Bentons Marketing Skills and their guidance on the selling price. This brought a lot of potential buyers to view the property. Throughout the selling process the staff at Bentons were professional and friendly, in particular Melissa and James who provided sound advice in achieving our selling price.

My first time selling a property, Bentons were helpful and professional throughout the stressful process, from start to finish. Respond to emails quickly and make you feel comfortable to chat to.
With it being my first time having to sell a property, i wasn't sure what to expect in the initial valuation processes etc. I had 4 different estate agents visit my property in the same day, and Richard was by far the best one to attend. He was professional and friendly, but did not act as 'salesperson' as the others in the slightest. He seemed genuinely interested in my property and getting me the best sale price as he believed it deserved. Maria, Heidi & Natalie were all so helpful and quick to respond if i needed them, nothing was too much trouble. If i needed to do it again - i would choose Bentons! Thank you all
