Shoulers and Son are the worst letting angency one could choose to let from. The staff are very rude and talk down to their customers always looking how to divert the subject when it comes down to maintenance and repairs. Agrumentative and arrogant need a specific handling to minimise the impact ie take photos, keep emails, take witnesess with you when need to talk with any of them. They have a very bad reputation overall.... Read more

Friendly enough whilst showing properties to let and sell, but they were quite misleading when it comes to the small details, various fees, and paperwork. On top of that, the overall vibe in the office was somewhat unpleasant and not of a customer service orientation. It was as if they were doing you a favour instead of the other way around.
