Wye Dene Developement: DO NOT BUY HERE! We were sold a 3 bedrrom house on the basis it had an intergral garage large enough to fit a small family car. The garage is large enough to fit a car but we can not open the door. Upon realisation of this fact we contacted the Berkeley Group to ask permision to extend our front drive were the lawn currently is only to be refused. I am not the only one and every house on the development that has an integral garage has the same problem. As a result when back from work we have been forced to park a car out on the road. What makes matters worse is that when we purchased the house the parking restrictions on the road were 9am-5pm. These restrictions have now been extended to 24 hours a day 7 days a feel 365 days a year. With absolutely no reason, consultation or agreement from residents. This means that we now have no parking space for our second vehicle. More importantly, we can no longer have guests or family visit us as there is nowhere to park and if parked in the street they recieve a parking ticket!! Aboslutely farcical. ... Read more
