Crendon house has by far been my best experience for both buying/selling and letting a property. They are personable, reliable and quick to respond. I don't usually write reviews, but having had poor experiences with other agencies, I felt compelled to re affirm just how good this team is. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they have been supportive and patient through a few new journeys for me, making the whole experience seamless. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the area.... This estate agent is the best. They are the least judgemental, most kind, warm hearted, caring and attentive estate agents we have ever dealt with. We have rented from a lot of different estate agents and we have never been treated like we are humans before during that process. Crendon House are so much better than anywhere else we have rented through and from now onwards, I don't think we would use any other estate agents. Unprofessional! I booked a viewing with one of the agents over the phone. After that I received confirmation email with date and hour of the viewing. On the day of the viewing a drove half an hour from another town just to see this property. I ended up waiting 15mins for the agent who never showed up! Tried to call a few times but no answer. After that I sent an email to the agency saying I’m at the property waiting. After all that someone finally called me saying there was a misunderstanding and the property is already let. What a waste of time!... Read more

My partner and I used Gary at Crendon House as our mortgage advisor following recommendation from a friend - Gary was absolutely superb. Gary spent a long time speaking to various banks to get us the best options possible. Mid-way through our house-buying process my employer went under and I had to find a new job. Gary chased down our bank on several occasions to ensure that this would not cost us the mortgage, and kept things ticking over whilst I secured a new job. Gary went over and above and really helped us make sure that everything went ahead despite the speedbump that we suffered. Highly recommend for anyone needing mortgage advice. Bought a house through crendon house, all was well until we reached completion day.... I heard from my solicitors we had completed so phoned crendon house to find out if we could get in, we were told they would try to find out from the vendor if he had finished moving, hours went by and after numerous call it became clear they couldnt care less and in the end I drove there to find an empty locked house, despite the day before telling us if required they would drop us keys when I called they were too busy to do this!! My wife then drove to pick up keys which took an hour and there was a padlocked gate which we had to call out and pay for a locksmith to remove the lock!! The chap we bought the house from clearly has a set of keys as he locked the house when he left and after a fortnight calls to crendon house and empty promises from crendon house that they would sort this and locate these keys which open my house I have been advised that my house contents insurance is void if someone else has keys so again I have instructed a locksmith at my own cost to come and replace the locks!! Crendon house have done nothing to deal with this and havent even had the the courteusness to call me!!... Read more

I have just sold my flat with the help of Crendon House in Wooburn Green and cannot speak highly enough of the service. We had many issues arise (none at the fault of CH!) and the team went above and beyond every time. Helping and advising even with things that didn’t involve them as my agent was something they always did and with a smile. Moving can be very stressful but with Crendon House they will keep you calm and always give great advice and support from start to finish. Jon Davies is especially fantatastic and deserves a medal the amount of time and attention he gave to help me. They will get the right people to view your property meaning you have good quality viewings every time. Roland was great in arranging these with me and they will always be flexible to your diary.
