Extremely disappointed.
My parents had rented out their newly renovated property through Ryeview for a year.
Before putting the property up for rent, the whole house had been refurbished with a newly fitted kitchen and new bathrooms, the whole house had electrics and plumbing redone as well as new flooring and doors. The house had been re plastered and painted from top to bottom.
Due to not living in close proximity, we had full faith in Amjid to ensure the house remain intact with tenants living there.
In that period we heard rumours that the tenants had damaged the property. After several calls, Amjid had gone around and asked the tenants to fix the damage. The damage was then fixed.
Amjid then messaged us to say “ The tenants would like to put a TV bracket on the wall.” The tenants also stated that they would “Remove the brackets, Fill in the holes and paint over them”.
After a year my parent had decided to move back into the property. When my parents moved back in and upon further inspection they had found a lot of damage in their newly renovated house,
After messaging Amjid nearly a month ago, I still await a response into why the tenants have not paid for the damage.

The customer service provided by all the staff at Ryeview was amazing. Everyone was friendly, helped me through the process of finding my flat and getting a viewing appointment in a very short time. Amjid was especially personable, speaking with me through calls and guiding me with every step I needed to take to ensure I succeeded in getting the flat I wanted. I highly recommend Ryeview as a lettings agency.
