Confirmed booking for house viewing in Kidderminster today. No one arrived to show us round. Connected staff at Connells who said someone had phoned in sick this morning and the viewing had been cancelled. We didn’t receive a phone call or email to let us know. We had drove from Birmingham, what a wasted day! Very poor practice!
