We have just exchanged on our new family home and in this instance used Natasha Morello in Connells High Wycombe to do our new mortgage. For clarity I work alongside Natasha in the same office and we did speak to our previous lender however my wife and I chose Natasha based on the full information she provided and her expertise in the field. She was extremely helpful easy to understand and a real credit to the company. I am well connected in the industry and could of used a number of different Mortgage advisers but we are really pleased with our decision to use Natasha and highly recommend her based on our recent experience as a family moving home - JR

I contacted Connells online with respect to a valuation for my late parent’s property. I received a call back within an hour on a Sunday and an appointment was made for Greg Darby to carry out the valuation. He arrived on time and was courteous and professional, he gave me a verbal valuation for the property and followed up with a written valuation a couple of days later as discussed. Greg Darby has kept me updated during the process and he has been professional in my dealings with him.

Big shout out to Humeirah for her great support while we look for our first home. She made us feel at home with one of the properties we viewed and has helped us make the decision of putting in an offer!
Also a big shout out to Natasha who has been helping us out with our mortgage, she has loads of experience which always helps as this is our first property and has talked us through the whole process. She has shown alot of patience with us while we go through the mortgage process so thank you both!
Overall great branch, friendly team who are all up to date on all the properties which is always good when someone is off.
