I was disappointed with the performance of the agent. We discussed the pricing strategy before listing and agreed an approach but when it came down to offers I felt pressured to accept much lower than we’d discussed, even in the first few weeks of listing. Consequently we have removed our property from sale and will be looking to re-list with someone else at a future date.

I could not be happier with Mo's service. He has showed a high level of professionalism and kindness since I first contacted the agency.
Mo responded promptly to my inquiries, suggesting additional houses that might fit us as well. As a family with two dogs, the process is not easy, but he was listening and making me feel heard, and like a human being rather than just a ''thing''.

I had no idea the rental world has changed so much, the stuff you need to prove that you are a legit person is beyond me. Yet you find no information about the landlord until the very end.
Signing contract and sending funds before the other party signs was a bit odd, but then it seems to be the norm.
I mostly dealt with Mo and Charlie, both very professional and helpful in any way. They were very responsive to my emails or phone calls, were happy to help with any query. The whole rental process was very easy, just the fight over the place you find is the most difficult part.
