I can happily highly recommend Ford & Partners as an estate agent.
Having needed to deal with quite a number of agents over the last few years, in various parts of the country, I can honestly say that this agency are a breath of fresh air.
They really do take the time to go through every concern and query you may have as a vendor, and equally in my experience, have been very helpful and supportive with potential purchasers.
They have a very comprehensive marketing package, unlike many agents I've experienced that charge extra for each 'additional service'. Everything you could wish for is included at a fair and competitive price, to give your property the best chance of looking good and reaching a wide market.
Importantly, they actually do keep you informed throughout every stage of the process, and they also really do continue to chase all involved throughout.
They have excellent local knowledge, and are always on hand with advice as needed. As an independent office, you don't go through to back up call centres etc to have messages possibly passed to the relevant person at some point, but will always speak with a member of the team. They also have a good letting department, so have good contacts and many recommendations for local services and trades, if required.
One feature that drew me to them, was as an independent business themselves, they make it a value of their business model to use and promote other local independent businesses, for example their professional photographer, a lovely thing to do.
In the main I dealt with Benas and Sam there, but every person I spoke to was always friendly, professional and courteous.
They have gone above and beyond in assisting me with a flat sale that was at times a tricky process to navigate. So if you're looking for a local agent to High Wycombe, I advise giving them a call to see what they can offer!

An honest & well researched valuation - where some larger firms had low-balled to try and turnover the property quickly, Ford & Partners were willingto work hard to achieve the true value of our home.
All viewings were organised in plenty of time and carried out with minimal disruption. Once offers were made, they handled the bidding process is a very professional manner to secure the best price for us.
Then throughout the sale process Ford & Partners were always avilalble for updates and help with progressing the sale, up to the day of completion.

We have been incredibly impressed by Ford & Partners, they are incredibly responsive and also are professional in their approach to everything, they are willing to discuss anything and everything to see what is possible when it comes to negotiating between us the tenants and the landlord. They have been excellent in terms of keeping us up to date with any news over the tenancy terms being checked approved and signed etc.
They have been incredibly transparent and I’ve never felt like they are pushing for a hard sell. They genuinely take your requirements and needs into account and work with you to find the most suitable property for those specified needs.
We dealt mostly with Ian from Lettings, I would give his service 10/10 he is by far the best estate agent I’ve had to deal with. Other members of the team such as Ben have also followed a similar level of service and overall I cannot praise them enough.
Would throughly recommend Ford & Partners to anyone looking to move house or rent in the High Wycombe area.

I can recommend Ford & Partners very Highly Indeed.
As an overseas Landlord, I need a helpful, knowledgeable and caring local Agent. When my last Tenant's Contract finished in December 2020, I changed from an Agent nearby, to Ian Thomas at Ford & Partners .He found me suitable Tenants in two weeks ,sent me Videos of my Apartment's condition after Clean down, arranged new EICR Electrician & Certification, Tenants' Profiling & Check-in Report and follow ups on a regular basis personally by Telephone to me in Germany....he even did a minor repair for me at no extra charge ! All this in just over two weeks.
As CV19 prohibited me from travelling to the UK, I am extremely thankful to have Ford & Partners and especially Ian, taking care of my Property and my Tenants' need...Compared to the service I received from my last Agent, this is like a weight off my Shoulders...I can highly recomment the Professionalism , Knowledge and Empathy of Ford & Partners in High Wycombe and I wish them all success for their new Venture in 2021 and for a very ,very long future.

After many years of using neighbouring estate agents these guys came up Very polished. They deal with things and don’t sit around. They are very good at answering your calls or call you back very quickly. They deal with things personally unlike the others in the area. I am so pleased I will be transferring my remaining lettings to them when existing ones from the neighbouring agents come to an end. They are so simplified and don’t talk in riddles. Give them a go you won’t be disappointed.

I cannot recommend Ford & Partners highly enough!
Professional, friendly and constant communication throughout and the process was so straight forward.
Sam valued and sold my flat for 5% over what I had been previously estimated by another local estate agent. He and his team really look at the properties and the qualities, and therefore know what they're worth and how much you can sell them for.
My flat went on the market on a Friday evening and I had accepted an offer by the Monday lunchtime! I believe Sam's genuine interest in his clients and the potential buyers, coupled with high quality marketing materials secured this for me.
Ford and Partners also give you access to a really helpful portal that shows you step by step the progress of your sale so you can check in on this whenever you like.
A great company and team, such a refreshing change to the norm!

Having sold and bought previously with the larger 'chain' estate agents, I found Sam, Benas and Ian to be a breath of fresh air! If you called the office everyone knew who you were and which property you belonged too, there was a personal touch that is non existent with the bigger companies. Sam and Benas worked incredibly hard to manage viewings and sell my house, Ian did some fantastic work with the virtual tours. I'm moving out of catchment, but you expand to the Reading area, I would use you again in a heartbeat.

We were so lucky to have found Sam as the estate agent during our purchase process. He was extremely supportive and always available throughout our entire house buying ordeal. He acted as a mediator not just with the sellers, but with our own (less than prompt) solicitor, as he almost single handedly managed to bring the sale to a close. I especially appreciated his patience, his sympathy throughout the whole decision making phase, his understanding of our concerns and how he managed to ensure both sellers and ourselves were getting the best possible deal. That is quite the difficult balance to strike, and yet Sam was brilliant at it. As a buyer I hope you will find Samuel on the side of the estate agency as you will have to struggle much less to get things done.
