Such crooks, do not use this agency. Especially as a single female you will feel threatened by them. On the plus side, they are also really dumb so you will come out winning, but really not worth the stress

They'll treat you like a best friend to get your money, then screw you over the first chance they get.
I'd probably chance living on a park bench over using these guys again...

Tried at least 5 times to call them, text them, to fix my "hot water issue" no reply... Called them to get me the landline number cause I don't have it, promised me to gave me a call and here I am almost 2 months later, without hot water and without internet connection. Last time they told me to check with my landlord, my landlord said he pays them money to look after us. Well done. So disappointed, 2 stars only for making the moving quick.

Left waiting 4 days for a promised phone call. Decided 4 days was long enough, sorry the property is under offer. Cannot pass a message on and cannot give any information. This is not an estate agent I will be using... Completely unprepared and serious lack of communication skills.

2016 experience

We agree on a property to rent, paid a fee as well, sign some documents.

In the meantime, in good faith, I notified my previous landlord about my intentions.

One week later I was told,via email, that the landlord, for the new property, changed is mind so I'm out of the discussion. I think they had found a better deal for the landlord to be honest.

So here I was technically ''homeless'' without my fault. CHEA had put me in a real weak position. Therefore, I would not recommend them for business.

However, I have to say that at first the staff was very good with us and like them in comparison with bigger estates from HW. Maybe is was just my bad luck.
