Ours is story and a half ....it srarted 9 months ago.. when our viewers told my husband and i they were ready to go. Asured Jean ans Mark they had the funds to purchade our home....nothing could be further from the truth.. lied to by his agent to us and too Blacklers....his buyer would wait week or so to answer an email or phone call....nitemare his agent was too young and inexperienced to handle either of hus clients..but very good at blaming other agents... We found a property within weeks and our solicitors 12 weeks max your be on your way...the people we were buying from had a property also...we were in a chain of 6.. but after 4 months one couple pulled out.. so our seller had to find another property...so that was another 3 months...and our purchaser still wasnt ready. And so it went on...but in all of this Tony Jean Mark and Vanessa...kept with us.. Jean would keep me going when i so wanted to pull out on more than one occasion. .Mark always made me laugh...but i fealt for them what they went thru to get us a sale was horrendous. From agents either side...and from our purchaser, his constant phone calls emails, and demands Any agent that sticks with you thru what we have been thru is def worth 5 stars...i always thought they were too nice...but after dealing with other agents....i realized how lucky we were to have them. ..they get the job done without being a busy body, interfering in other matters and never running any other agent down...Just nice people helping you find a home or selling a home

Both Mark and Tony at Blacklers are amazing. It didn't feel like they were acting for the seller and were hugely flexible with multiple viewings. They even gift wrapped the keys for my wife :).
