Roni was rude and unprofessional. He told me I will never get a 2 bedroom for 1600 pounds in London (calling the shots for property market - seriously ?) when I told him I am staying in one and the property sites are filled up with this price range, he said than you should stay where you are and hung up on me. When I tried to call him back, my call was not even answered instead disconnected.
I wonder if this is the new description of being professional : (

I've known Roni as an estate agent for over 10 years and he's always generously given me his time and advice. The last few years we had a lot of trouble with a tenant we were dealing with privately, so we decided after a major refurb to use an estate agent this time for added peace of mind. I met with around 4 who were all really nice and decent, however for me, I had built up trust with Roni. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and is really honest whether I like what he has to say or not. I've also learnt over time, the integrity in which he runs his business with. We didn't rush in finding a tenant because Roni really understood what I had just been through and made sure I was 100% happy and which really worked for me. His colleague Jeeten has also been very helpful and supportive throughout. The pricing has been completely transparent and fair from the beginning. All the tenancy admin has been taken care of efficiently and everything runs to clockwork. I would absolutely recommend any landlord or tenant to deal with this Harrow branch of Northwood Estate Agents. From my personal experience, these are the good guys!

Imagine going to view a property and the estate agent knows absolutely nothing about it apart from the basic stats given on the property advert; if you want an estate agents with no knowledge, choose this place :)
Upon viewing the property, he openly admitted that he knew nothing about it and it was the most bizarre viewing I have ever attended in my life.
