Bluebell Estates were fantastic throughout our moving process. Unfortunately, our original buyers pulled out but Bluebell were able to re-sell our property within the 14 days that we required.
Wendy and Bobbi did a great job at selling our property and were always helpful and professional when dealing with issues along the line.
Debbi really helped to get our house sale over the line, especially in the final few weeks when the pressure was on. She always kept my partner and I both in the loop and replied to us promptly if we had any questions. It was so refreshing to speak to someone that we felt understood our position and was willing to do everything and anything to help.

We used Bluebell for purchasing our property and, due to needing to move closer to family, we chose Bluebell again to sell our property. Both processes were as smooth as they could be, and we highly recommend them. Our house was on the market for less than a month!

We had an offer after 3 weeks being on the market. Wendy and Debbie at Bluebells were great with communication, Wendy’s photography skills were very good for the advertisement! If they weren’t available they got back to you as soon as they could.
We had a couple of things crop up as you do with moving but they help out where they could and communicated well with our solicitor to get thing moving as quickly as possible.

Avoid at all costs!!!
Absolutely clueless. They are ripping off both landlords and tenants. Basic remedial issues within the property have taken over two years and at the time of writing this are still unresolved.
The contractors they use are cheap and unprofessional. The quality of the work is so bad that they have to come out with over and over again collecting money each time.
Carpet in living room needed replacing and they fobbed us off for 2 years. In the end the actually landlord felt so bad for us he came and fitted the flooring himself as the prices he was being quoted by Bluebell were 3x more.
Faulty integrated microwave, no attempted whatsoever to resolve. Ultimately again the landlord brought us a new microwave as an interim resolution. The integrated microwave is still not functional.
Horrific pipe knocking sound that vibrates the house all day and night. The only thing I can liken it to is a train passing through the house. I have a 4,5 and 10 year old who have been kept up through the night with the noise. The issue is within the wall and they won’t pay the cost to have a professional investigate. They keep sending cowboy handy men don’t have a clue what they are doing or rightly quote the cost of knocking in the wall and painting it back afterwards.
Leak under the kitchen sink that produces 9-12 mop buckets of water a day. The contractor cancelled the day he was due to attend as he had to do his MOT. He then cancelled again on the day he was ment to attend as he had to pick up his son. The truth is the contractor can’t do the work himself because he get more capable individuals to do it on his behalf.
When you call them they don’t answer if they know it’s you and pass the phone to their colleagues so they don’t have answers to simple questions you ask.
Sink and bathroom sealed with incorrect building material. No fix.
Empty apology after empty apology with no resolution.I honestly don’t know how they are still in business.
Avoid at all costs.

As first time buyers, we were apprehensive to say the least. Unfortunately at the start of our house hunting process we had dealt with two of the larger estate agents in Kent, and it became very clear that they were quantity over quality. However we were very lucky to find an apartment that ticked every box, and it was being marketed by Bluebell Estates. We had John show us around on our first viewing, and Wendy on our second viewing, both of which were very professional, knowledgeable and honest, qualities the larger estate agents lacked.
The apartment we purchased was under shared ownership, which in essence meant we were purchasing 100% of the property from two serperate parties, which at times proved quite challenging. Our after sales care was handled by Debbie in the office, and she was amazing at every stage. Chasing all parties on our behalf and continually putting our mind at ease.
We’ve been in our apartment a week now, but both my partner and myself are in agreement that we wouldn’t hesitate to contact Bluebell to market the property when the time comes.

All of the team from start to finish have been exceptionally professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a professional, informative, reactive and personal service, I can not speak highly enough of Bluebell Estates.
We used them for our property rental and then subsequent house sale.
Starting with the property rental - John and his team gave us expert advice from start to finish. We were new to renting and they talked us through everything and did all the thinking for us and managed the whole process. It was seamless and stress free and we were kept informed throughout.

Being an independent estate agent rather than a big chain can sometimes make you worry that you won’t get the best agent to sell your house but this is the complete opposite with Bluebell Estates. They look after you from start to finish and will always work so hard to keep you updated, nothing is too much trouble for the whole team.

My gut feel was to go with them, but having made appointments with two other estate agents, I thought I’d better keep them.
By contrast, one of their competitors, arrived with a briefcase full of glossy marketing brochures, and proceeded to “blind me with science” boasting about how they were better than anyone else, etc. However, when I asked the question about rates, it was avoided, and then some waffle about how it was on a scale, and could be negotiated. Then he walked round all the rooms trying to impress me with his laser measuring toy, and all the while I’m thinking, hang on a minute, I haven’t agreed for you to sell my house yet!
That made my mind up, I cancelled the appointment with the other agent, and phoned Wendy immediately.
My instincts were proved right. Our house sold within a week of coming out of lockdown, and we were kept informed at every stage.

John has a great team working for him, and we would highly recommend them.

The quality of their photography was far higher than the agents we foolishly tried first, and the video they produced was brilliant - several of the viewings mentioned it. The real quality though was after the sale was agreed. It was a complex transaction with many parties involved, but all of the Bluebell team kept on top of it and pushed it through - even when it wasn't really their job to do so. Their fees were more than reasonable, much less than many other agents, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

From beginning to end, Bluebell have been amazing, couldn’t recommended them enough. Our journey to a new home was turbulent to say the least, and every step of the way John and his team were supportive and re-assuring, after our first house fell through as our vendors retracted from the transaction on the day of exchange, Bluebell instantly stepped in to help us in find another home (even outside their own portfolio). Even from the sale of our home, we had initially attempted to have our property listed with a other large estate agent chain, but they failed to get our property listed on to market in 1.5weeks despite us stressing the urgency, this is where Bluebell stepped in and within 24Hrs of meeting with John, our property was marketed and sold within 2weeks, top marks from me for Bluebell. Throughout our transaction, there were moments towards the end were things weren’t progressing well (no fault of Bluebells) and they were regularly touching base with us ensuring everything was ok and still not a problem, a complete contrast to the other estate agent in the chain. Overall if you’re thinking of selling or buying I would make every effort to work with John and his team they are doing a great job, and using a more personal touch with every aspect, even just making a simple phone calls was never an issue, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

With our last house we stupidly went with Purple Bricks who are the Ryanair of Estate Agents! You pay for everything and have hidden extras! We were with PB for 4 months before instructing Bluebell and we had more viewings in the first month than we did with PB the 4 months with them.
Can not recommend highly enough the friendliness, personal touch and professional service of Bluebell that you don’t get with big estate agents.
