Julie has been amazing, she was very welcoming with us and the children on our viewing answered any questions we had. Julie made it her mission to get us in for a certain date and followed through. Any minor issues we’ve had and that’s not many Julie has replied very quickly with a solution and has always offered further help if needed. Thank you xxx

Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc

14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Our property was with G&C for 17 months in total and sold at the third attempt. Online marketing of the property was excellent, although the initial valuation was over priced and set unrealistic expectations. Hollie, Kirstie & Lyndsey went above and beyond to get the sale, accomodating buyer requests for multiple visits etc. However, I think high staff turnover did not help the sale and at times we would have benefitted from a dedicated Expediter in branch.
13th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Fine & Country and the team in West Malling , Michael was very honest with us from the beginning managed our expectation whilst having a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us , we felt the team Emma and Karen were proactive in their marketing of the property and we were continually kept well informed both verbally and electronically throughout the whole process . Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

8th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Sold my house today after a year of trying to shift it. 1 buyer fell through, and various other unavoidable issues that come with selling a property with an ex-partner, and here we are! Sam & Matt were invaluable to the whole process. They kept communication up throughout the entire time, especially Sam who dealt with the majority of the issues. Thank you so much to both of you, and the whole team at Philip Jarvis. A whole years worth of work at such a reasonable price. I would 10/10 recommend.

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.

The Bluebell Estate team showed their amazing true colours from the 1st phone call I made to them to enquire about a property. Throughout my 2.5 years tenancy I have found the whole team to be very professional but more importantly to me they have all been genuine, honest & lovely people. I recommend Bluebell Estates 100 percent.
28th Mar 2024 (22 days ago)AVOID!!! Worst agency i have dealt with! Drove from London for viewing. And due to car accident traffic was horrible and made us late. Called agency to let them know that we late unforseen circumstances and we were told off. Lady called Katerina very unprofessional ,not accommodating us. Just a waist of time and petrol!

Staff were always positive, despite having a long 10 month wait which was down to vendors. Lovely little goodie bag received on completion.

At every step of the process there was excellent communication and we were constantly kept up to date with any progress. The whole team went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. In particular Lorraine and Claire were so brilliant; from arranging viewings, answering any questions, and even helping to contact solicitors for updates for us. Dan himself was extremely professional, honest, and attentive throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Informative, proactive and no need to chase them for information as they were already on the case. Nice guys to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell, as we will be using them in the future.

They talked me through what I needed to do in plain English no jargon. But most of all right from the start Sam, put me at ease told me as it was and was not pushy. They have kept me informed weekly of the progress on the viewings and feed back from their clients. They have sold our property within 8 weeks and at asking price. We are most grateful they made this process very easy for us. The Team, are honest, reliable and very professional.
