I left good feed back 5 years ago but not so now , the two chaps who use to run the show was great but trying to deal with a newer person Courtney is a waste of time , ok when taking the money but when it comes to call backs and emails she’s usless , it’s all about the money , could not recommend this company these days I’m afraid……sorry ! I recently moved house with the help of CWB property services. I had been looking for a while and missed out on a couple of properties in the Halling area. One particular member of the agency staff, Kate, knew I was looking for a particular type of property and when CWB were asked to value something similar Kate phoned me to ask if I would like her to arrange a viewing if she could arrange it with the current owners who were still contemplating selling. They did agree to my viewing the property and I was able to have an offer accepted before it actually went on the open market.
