I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. **AVOID IF YOU CAN** This company dragged us along on a 4 week chase that lead to nothing. The staff are very unresponsive and drag out the process as much as they can. All we wanted was a property to rent and this got dragged out for four weeks and in the end they told us the landlord pulled out of the deal. Absolutely shocking the only positive is they gave the holding deposit back promptly.... Read more

I had a terrible viewing experience with this agency. Ayo was extremely late ( 1 hour late!!) unprofessional in his conduct and downright rude on the phone to me. The property was a so called "1 bedroom flat" but it looked like a Victorian slum and felt like one too. It was very dirty even with manky old food left in the sink from the previous tenant. It was not at all what it looked to be like online. The bathroom was covered in black mould, not at all suitable for the market or presenting to potential renters. The lady I spoke with on the phone ( think her name was Rachel) was very professional and helpful though. However I was very disappointed about my experience here and hope that in future Ayo does not act this way to other buyers and renters. I hope also that properties are cleaned and prepared for future tenants.... Read more

Avoid. Those clowns don't have any responsibility for a clients. Yesterday a made appointment to look at some studio flat,after two hours journey finally I arrived to that place, called to agent maybe half hour and after when she picked up, told me sorry I can't turn up,but I make a call and noticed people who live down there ???? ok that's not the worsted think,the worsted was what that not a studio,just double bedroom.... p.s. if you don't have what to do or have to much time, then good luck deal whit those clowns... Absolutely disgusting estate agent . Very poor customer service . He employed a contractor for my property who charged me close to 700£ for one day job of putting curtain rods , kitchen blinds and fixing a ceiling light and the full amount was cut from my rent without any prior information to me . I was given fake receipts of material which could easily be 4 times of true value . The owner of the company kept changing his words about the contract . Despite paying full fee upfront I was not given all the documents. Dishonesty is the best word to describe this agent Stay miles away from it , you will end up regretting... Read more

As with another review we viewed the property twice and on both occasions could not access some of the rooms as rented out (for which they were the letting agents!)Unfortunately we put an offer in on a house they were marketing, no urgency. Difficult to communicate with the agent involved in selling- we eventually had to pull out (to our cost) as they made many empty promises and strung us along for 5 months! Would not recommend for house buying.... Read more
