Bad experience, I call for rent property after view,talk I will send e-mail for apply holding deposit ,not happening, call against 3 hours,spoke is gone,no advise or call for advice.

TERRIBLE experience. Since being contracted had nothing but hassle and complete attitude from staff. Constant head ache of staff being unorganised and not wanting to help. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

From the first day my husband and I arranged a viewing with Amanda, we knew we would be working with a professional. She went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed and even more than we hoped for. She understood that we came from another city and was very flexible with the schedule, as we could only arrive at certain times to view the property. Amanda is friendly, reliable and approachable, she never failed to pick up the phone or call back and answer all our questions.

As a tenant of northwood I cannot fault them at all! I have rented two properties through them now and hope to continue doing so until the time comes to buy, which I will be hopeful to use these again!
The members of the team I have dealt with have always been so helpful. Nicola the lovely lady who comes to do our inspections has always been really friendly.
They are always contactable and any issues I have had over the years are dealt with promptly.
Would recommend Northwood to anyone looking to rent buy or sell a property.

The house is very comfortable and safe place to live. It gives me peace of mind. They respond to complaints.
The inspection was conducted by Nicola today. She is very respectful and interactive! She is also cheerful and soft spoken.

I was a tenant in a property managed by Northwood and it was an awful experience. Very poor communication. Did not respond when I reported damp and mold in the property multiple times. Staff were very rude when I was not available on the day they had arranged delivery of a washing machine without asking me. Finally they have withheld part of my deposit to fix items I did not break. I would avoid using Northwood at all costs!
