Ayisha and her lettings team at Bourne Alton are outstanding. Ayisha has managed my Alton rental properties for years. She is always a pleasure to deal with, and nothing is too much trouble. I always have full faith that good tenants will be found for my properties, and Ayisha keeps me well informed during the process. Once the houses are let, I can be fully confident that both the houses and tenants will be well looked after by the Alton lettings team.

When maintenance issues arise at any our four Flats that are managed by Bourne Estates, Eleanor Cope and Louise Stevenson, in the Property Management Department do an outstanding job to deal with any issue promptly without inconveniencing tenants and efficiently. Our experience working with them have exceeded our expectations. For us it helps to minimise our involvement with managing the properties.

My partner and I have rented 2 properties through Bourne. Both experiences have been very simple and the members of staff that we have engaged with have been fantastic. The first property we went directly to the landlord for support and occasionally spoke with Bourne if needing guidance or advice. Our current property is all through Bourne and has been simple and help. The team we have been working with are Molly, Ayisha and Sarah. Very helpful and supportive. We were kept informed throughout.
