We recently sold our house through Bourne and Patrick was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was understanding and accommodating with arranging viewings as we both worked from home. We had a specific time frame we wanted to complete by due to moving across country and childcare which Patrick was supportive with and helped to push our solicitors to ensure we were moved in time. Would definitely recommend Patrick and Bourne.

Patrick at the bourne was the perfect estate during the purchase of our first home!!! The whole process was made extremely easy and we were not bothered unless necessary, all our questions were answered immediately and precisely.
I couldn't recommend the bourne enough as they made it a super smooth transition from renting to home owners.

A massive thank you to Tom and the team at Bourne for facilitating the sale of our house. We found them considered and not over bearing. They also did very well to hold the chain together when our first onward purchase fell over.

It was our first property, so we were really unclear on what we needed to do, especially with our solicitors, but Patrick was extremely helpful throughout the process - kept us updated and helped prompt the other side, when needed.

Adrian from Bourne Estate Agents was very relaxed in his initial sales approach, never applying any undue pressure. His unique insight shone through when he suggested subtle adjustments to enhance the appeal of our home – something none of the other agents even considered.
Jo effortlessly conveyed the details of the parking covenant to potential buyers. This was a great relief, as our previous agents' struggles to understand and communicate it effectively.
Bourne's proactive approach, including the creation of drone footage and responsive promotion, injected fresh interest into our property, which had languished on the market for six months with other agents.
Incredibly, our home sold within just three weeks, with an exchange completed in twelve. Throughout the process, Bourne, especially Rebecca, provided unwavering support. I often joked that Rebecca became my weekly therapist during moments of stress, as she was always there to reassure and guide us.
When issues arose with the buyer's agent, Bourne went above and beyond to ensure the chain remained intact, exceeding their contractual obligations in the process.
In contrast, the service provided by other agents fell far short. One agency had unreliable weekend staff who couldn't get the details right, while another was downright arrogant and dismissive.
Looking back, we regret not choosing Bourne from the start. Their exceptional service, particularly Rebecca's caring and empathetic approach, deserves special recognition. We can't thank them enough for making the selling process a breeze.

Patrick Fijalkowski of Bourne Estate Agents, Farnham is polite, fast, conscientious and professional.
Although I couldn’t conclude my home search through him (because I happened to come across a better house listed by another estate agent at about the same time by chance), I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy professional agent who communicates and follows up well with you before during and after viewing.
And one who wouldn’t bother to research and give me a detail technical breakdown of the costs and items of work involved in replacing the carpets by hardwood flooring for the viewed house.
