I’ve recently bought a flat through Bourne Estate Agents and Harry could not have been more helpful. He was incredibly friendly and always on hand to answer many silly questions from a first time buyer. He made the whole process seem very simple and seamless, I could not recommend him enough. Absolutely amazing service.

After experiencing a few issues with other agents recently, working with Bourne has been a breath of fresh air. From our very first interaction, we felt genuinely valued and well looked after throughout the entire process of securing our rental property.
The level of service and communication has been excellent. Both Steph and Jenna have been professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive, keeping us informed at every stage. Communication is something we value highly, and they have always been happy to answer our questions, provide reassurance when needed, and make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
We have been extremely impressed with the service we have received and would not hesitate to recommend Bourne to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused estate agency.

10/10 – I would recommend Bourne in Godalming without hesitation.
We initially had our house on the market with another agent who unfortunately wasn’t able to sell it. After switching, the difference was night and day. From the outset, the team (Adrian, Jim, Tilly) were proactive, communicative, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for us.
They kept us updated throughout, were always available to answer questions, and worked incredibly hard to keep things moving. Selling and buying a house can be stressful, but their professionalism, persistence, and support made a huge difference.
We’re delighted with the result and very grateful for all their help. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is responsive, proactive, and goes above and beyond, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Bourne were very responsive and quick to understand my renting needs. The properties they ensured they shortlisted for me to view were superior quality and they clearly have a handle on the area’s best property options. This saved me immense time as wasn’t local to Alton before. Communications were swift and if one agent was busy, then another kept me informed with great continuity. . Steph was my contact. Jenna also amazing & Ayesha that I dealt with. Very happy and thanks again Steph :

I have recently agreed to let a property of which the letting process is being managed by Bourne Estate Agents.
The whole process so far with Bourne has been excellent. Steph Swainston (Lettings Consultant) provided a thorough brief on the property; was professional but friendly; very clear and articulate on all aspects of the property and its condition; the landlords expectations in relation to the legal and financial aspects of the let, informaton on the town Bordon and the area in general including everything from (Wifi speeds to flood risk survey, Council tax band, etc.). Her emails are very clear with direction for processing the let agreement. Overall a pleasantly refreshing engagement with an estate agency!

We are so glad we instructed Bourne estate agents. Initially we had another agent in mind, however, Bourne were able to offer a real bespoke service and gave us a clear, honest and professional pathway.
From advertising to sales tactics, they were able to maximise our viewings and were present and looking impeccable during.
We had so many offers! More then we expected, and Bourne were able to advise on the viability of the offers based on strict buyer vetting, quickly helping us accept the best offer.
They were attentive when chasing solicitors and buyer, weekly calls for updates, always picked up the phone when I called and remained positive and reassuring, very helpful when dealing with the stress of selling.
Now we have sold and moving on it’s a bitter sweet feeling, selling the home we love, but thanks to Bourne, we are getting a great offer and they also could see the great features of our home and importantly the great things about the area, relaying that to the buyer.
On a final note, I want to specifically thank Andy for his dynamic personality and assertive leadership, this was the pull to choosing the Team, and to Shaun, the suit of the operation, so unbelievably well spoken and articulate, he made us feel so confident throughout the process and really looked out for our interests.
We actually feel a bit sad that our journey with Bourne has come to a close, we always had a laugh and banter when we chatted for updates, the team just give off this happy and motivated energy, a testament to good leadership and work balance, this definitely reflects in their work. Thanks again Team.
