We recently sold our house through Bourne and Patrick was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was understanding and accommodating with arranging viewings as we both worked from home. We had a specific time frame we wanted to complete by due to moving across country and childcare which Patrick was supportive with and helped to push our solicitors to ensure we were moved in time. Would definitely recommend Patrick and Bourne.

Personal & professional.
After meeting with three different estate agents we selected to go with Bourne and never regretted our decision.
From the outset we were impressed by their approach. We found Andy Gearing and his team to be completely invested in not only in the sale of our home, but we felt looked after too. Their sales strategy worked well and we appreciated the fact that the whole sales team viewed our house at the outset, so knew it well.
Our experience was that Bourne acted with integrity from the beginning of the process to the end, and we felt listened to. I would definitely recommend Bourne to anyone looking to sell.

Maybe it was due to the time of year, but I was disappointed to have only 3 viewings in 20 weeks. I received the the regular automatic emails, but not much communication beyond that. I didn't even get feedback on the third viewing. The people I did speak to were friendly and professional, and did get moving quickly in the beginning.

Sold the house eventually but didn't seem to be very proactive at the start of the process. We wrote our own blurb, we retook some of the photos so they were on a sunny day. It felt as though they were hoping the house would sell itself rather than hyping it up and having an open day with lots of viewings on 1 day. This then meant that the only way to renew interest was to drop the price several times. They however really worked hard for us when our buyer threatened to pull out.
