After a bad experience with another agent in the area, it was an absolute pleasure to discover Bourne. Their marketing of our property was clearly well thought out and targeted to potential buyers who were seriously interested rather than idly curious - which resulted in a sale on the first day of viewings. Ross, who conducted the viewings, was polite, friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable about our house and the area it was in. Throughout the sales process we were kept regularly updated by Ross and Andy on how things were progressing and, if they weren't available when we called, the message was always passed on and we were called back very quickly. All in all I couldn't fault Bourne's service and they made our house sale as pain-free as possible.

Adrian, Rob and Lauren in Farnham were excellent to work with. They secured a steady flow of viewers in a strong position to buy and remained in constant communication about the house we wanted to buy. Their used strong negotiation skills to get us a highly competitive sale price and worked tirelessly to ensure both transactions went through as soon as they could. All this in a period that included the uncertainty of lockdown! They helped us bring forward our move dates and remained extremely responsive and helpful even as the country locked down and we lived through huge uncertainty. They made it as stress free as they could and were able to move fast to ensure the deals didn’t fall through enabling to secure our perfect house! I can’t rate them highly enough!
