Love Bourne. Originally, as property managers, they really impressed me with their professionalism and handling. So much so, that when it came to the sale, it was a no brainer to use them again. When we were struggling to get responses from our own estate agents and solicitors, Steve personally kept us informed and where necessary put pressure on other elements of the chain when our own representatives were showing o sense of urgency.
