From a vendor's perspective, Bournes provided an excellent service from start to finish.
Julian knows the villages around the Andover area inside out, and is aware of some the local peculiarities that other agents simply aren't, but should be, aware of.
I can't recommended Bournes highly enough.

I can only give Bournes Estate Agents 5 stars, from the day I was looking for a new rental to the day I moved out the services as been amazing. With the polite and efficient staff I always felt their top priority, from sorting out house issue to saving children who had locked themselves out, their service is/was second to none. I would recommend Bournes Estate Agents 100 per cent! We rented a house from them over the last 18 months using their fully managed service. From the day we viewed the property until handing back the keys they were brilliant! Pauline in particular really made us feel at home in the rented house and was really quick to sort out any maintenance issues we had. Julian and Luke were also great and Luke even took the trouble to drive over within 10 mins to let me in when I locked myself out. Throughout the tenancy they have been professional and really responsive. Thank you to the whole team!

Bournes manage my rental properties for me, one of which had a major flood at the weekend. They were swift to secure the house from as much damage as possible, sent a repair team on a Sunday and really looked after my tenants. They're a great team and I highly recommend them.
