Isaac / Connells were accommodating for viewings initially. Although, as time went on and it seemed managers come and go at the branch, I found myself alone in a purchasing process. No communication at all, let alone updates.
Ultimately, my honest reflection is I didn’t feel like my custom was valued.

Fantastic service!! We moved into our new home just over 2 weeks ago! Connells in Flitwick made a very stressful chain more bareable as we went from placing our offer all the way through to getting the keys. We were shown round the house by Gemma Currie from the Connells branch in Flitwick who was very knowledgeable on the local area and the house itself. We loved the house and placed our offer and with a little negotiation our offer was accepted!! Gemma was genuinely pleased for us and obviously happy for her Vendor! Now comes the complicated stressful part! Joining a relatively long chain of 6 buyers and sellers! However, Gemma actually kept us informed at all stages and made it run as smoothly as it could by keeping everyone in the chain up to date, very good sales progression as it got the job done and considering the length of the chain and the fact we were still in the middle of a pandemic the process went quicker than we expected! Gemma remained calm throughout and even after we moved in and are now relatively settled she still checked in with us to make sure we were ok!! Lovely girl and the rest of her colleagues at the branch also lovely as nothing was too much trouble even with the amount of times I called in the final stages!! Top service!!! Thank you!!

Will, the branch manager came out valued our house fairly, gave us professional advice and a brilliant marketing plan as part of the Boxing Day launch. The marketing was excellent from start to finish and the first family to view our home were the ones who bought it. We predominantly dealt with Gemma throughout our sale and she was brilliant. Very professional but warm and friendly, always responsive and giving feedback without us having to chase and when about and beyond to ensure we were happy with the service we were provided with. By far the worst lettings agent I have ever dealt with, the customer service if you can even call it that is shocking. They're quite happy to take payments and send emails and make calls but when you need to speak to someone or are due money to be paid back it would probably be quicker to visit the moon on the back of a tortoise! An absolute joke of a team, left feeling very unhappy and nothing nice to say about them. Avoid if you can.

Sold through Connells, and although happy with them initially, the service was by far 100%. I guess it depends on what you understand and expect as service.
Me, I expect to be called back when told I would be in 15 or 20mins. Not for me to not hear from them and physically go to the office to find the person/s sitting there.
What really hasn't impressed me, is the fact I discussed to contract of 1% fees, with their lister, but she decided to put the 'Figure' of 1% I.e. the charge, so when the sale went through at a lower price.......they get away with the Initial charge. Not 1% as agreed. I clearly didn't notice this convenient error.
Sneaky if you ask me.
I spoke with them on this, but frankly wasn't getting through and fell on DEAF ears.
They learly didn't want to do the right thing.
I won't loose sleep over a few quid.......just bad taste in my mouth.
