I can’t recommend the Love Homes team enough. They went over and above what I expected from an estate agent. Selling your home can be incredibly stressful but they really couldn’t do enough - even bringing me a vacuum cleaner on exchange day when mine died!
Debbie knew the area very well and made sure she informed prospective buyers those little bits of information that you wouldn’t think to share.
Stuart maintained contact throughout, even after the sale to ensure that we got our forever home.

Love Homes have been fantastic throughout our buying experience with them. Debbie is the best (rare) type of agent - she’s not pushy so viewings feel relaxed, you have the head space to decide if the house would suit you, and she’s ready with all the information you need to make that decision without the heavy-handed sales techniques that don’t work and only annoy.
Would recommend buying through them and should we ever sell in the future I would not hesitate to instruct them.

Love Homes have been amazing!
We first met Stuart in Oct 2023 when we were looking for an agent to assist with the sale of our parents home. We met with several agents but for us it was an easy choice, Stuart knew the area and the market trends so well that we instantly had confidence in him.
It wasn’t then until earlier this year that we were in a position to put the house on the market.
Again we couldn’t fault the service we received, from the taking of the property photos, to the accurate description of the house.
All viewings were totally managed by Love Homes - the majority handled by Debbie. Once offers were received we were again guided by the Love Homes team. There were a few delays in the chain along the way - but they were always on the case and chasing on our behalf.

It was an absolute delight dealing with Debbie at Love Homes. Both my husband and I commented following our viewings that we must contact her manager to let him/her know how professional, knowledgeable, informative and helpful she had been. We were greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome and Debbie was able to answer our questions on each property confidently and competently. We returned to the properties for a second viewing and Debbie was able to refer to points we had made on our initial visit, remembering well any positive points we had voiced, she was extremely helpful throughout.
At no point did we feel pressured or rushed and also didn't feel that she was just giving us the sales pitch, rather that she was providing helpful information related to our wants and needs.
We also had the pleasure of dealing with Duncan by phone, while Debbie was out of the office and he too couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
On a previous days viewing we met with Pete who again was really warm, friendly, informative and took an interest in our specific wants and needs. It was as a result of our meeting with Pete that we explored areas further and have ended up hoping to purchase a new home, so thank you for the recommendation Pete.
As a qualified Customer Experience trainer I can say that the agents my husband and I encountered are shining examples of what Customer Service provision should be.

All the staff from the very beginning were professional and helpful and offered an excellent service. The Sales Progression Manager, Sharon Humphrey was outstanding. We had a problem in the chain with our buyer which was causing communication issues with the solicitors and other parties. Sharon took it upon herself to manage the situation, contacting everyone to ensure that exchange and completion took place. I honestly don’t think this would have happened without her, and we are so grateful. We are now settling into our new home and love it - thank you so much!
