Mat is a fountain of knowledge and is very efficient. A viewing was booked instantly and nothing was to much trouble for the friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Brandon's in the future.

Edward Lawford at Brendons is admirably efficient and helpful. I was the buyer of a leasehold property and he negotiated on my behalf as well as the vendor's, producing positive results. He also found me a new solicitor when mine proved to be unreliable. I highly recommend Brendons as an exception to the usual sort of annoying estate agents.

As a family, our association with Brendons goes back to 1979 when they helped us find our first house in Ealing. Subsequently, they helped me find a flat, which they also managed for me. My experience over the years has been excellent. They have been very professional, very courteous, very informative, and very helpful. And thanks to Matthew and Edward for the recent successful sale. Huge thank you to Matthew and the team at Brendons for their help, support (and patience) over the last year. We chopped and changed our minds about letting or selling but they were always very helpful and friendly. In the end, the sale went through very smoothly and we could not have been happier with their service. Very happy to recommend.

Brendons are outstanding! More specifically, Matt Atack, Director, is the man to have on your side.
We had a very difficult time finalising the sale of our flat; more stops than starts due to covid. No matter how frustrating things got, Matt never gave up. He was always on the other side of the phone, chasing up outstanding actions and updating us promptly. We never felt out of the loop, our line of communication was always open with Brendons.
Compared to a standard sale, ours took more than double the amount of time and work, but Matt never stopped pushing the buyers.
Thank you Matt for being a super star and going above and beyond! We got there in the end and can now move on to finding our new family home.

My search for a trustworthy estate agent continues. After being given the typical sales spiel by the agents, I was lied to by the agents.
The agent I dealt with, was happy to tell me the amounts others had offered on the properties - which I'm fairly sure isn't allowed. I suspect they did the same with my offer.
Ultimately I missed out on the property, which happens, but I feel that I was a bit of a pawn for Brendon's, and will most certainly avoid them in future.
