Rented a flat through Brendons for a little over a year. They're friendly and willing to accomodate reasonable requests. I needed one more month of renting before being able to move out and they had no issues with it. It's very nice to be able to deal with people that listen and understand. :)

I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to sell their house to contact Matt and his team. Very professional, friendly, experienced and efficient staff. They were very helpful in finding solutions and guidence during this difficult time in the housing market. I was recommended to use Brendons after a terrible experience using an online estate agent, who once they were paid, unfortunately never showed any real interest. Their constant drive and positivity made the supposed stressful experience rather easy and I can't thank them enough for their support. I would urge you all to give them a call, you won't be disappointed!!
