Very bad experience. dishonest and pushy. wasted our time more than a month until we found out the documents needed are not in place yet for us to purchase the flat and costed us a lot for nothing plus lots of headache for no reason. Not recommended.

We had a good experience working with Gibbs Gillespie. Jo is friendly and professional. We had multiple viewings on the property before we decided to purchase it and she was always helpful and accommodating. At one point, we were a bit frustrated and felt there was a gap in communication because the sellers of the property(in a chain of four) had decided on a completion date that we were not aware of and we were under pressure to complete the exchange. The solicitors said the agency missed to communicate and the agency said the solicitors missed so. We are not sure what exactly happened but Patricia was very helpful and negotiated with the sellers and the chain on our behalf and ultimately, it all sorted out. We are thankful to Jo and Patricia for helping us with the whole process.
