Our experience with brennan & chatterton from viewing a property putting an offer in has been the most stressful estate agent in the Sussex area we have ever had! We put an offer in having proof of the sale of 2 properties, 12 days in to be told another buyer had put an offer in over the weekend strange!!!!! After being told that our offer was okay on the Friday apart from 1 other person!!!! Us having to call them again on Monday to be told they would let us know Monday evening! Than Tuesday e-Mail no phone call saying our offer wasn’t accepted, no courtesy call etc. maybe okay for the individual selling through them but would strongly not recommend to buy from them, they wanted to know where our buyer lived and had they had a mortgage before! Really ???? just wanted other people who are thinking of buying in the are with this estate agent how they conduct & operate when your trying to buy a property of your choice, absolutely ???? per cent not good estate agents. Mr & mrs wynne.

Our experience of selling our property with Brennan and Chatterton was absolutely first class from our initial meeting with Nathan who was so professional, calm and friendly, through to dealing with Ralph and Kiera who were amazing with all the viewings, then so supportive and helpful during offer, exchange and completion process, and certainly not forgetting Jules who is highly experienced in older properties and our dog loved him when we visited the office!
Communication with us was 100% throughout every step of the way which was invaluable.

Nathan acheived full asking price for our property on the first day of hosting viewings. That speaks for itself. Justine then ensured all communications were handled quickly and efficiently between ourselves/solicitors/purchasers, right up until the day of completion.
B&C use individual & creative marketing skills which allow them to stand out from their competitors. The whole team display extensive local knowledge, have a genuine passion to succeed, but most importantly lead a friendly, personable approach.
