We contracted Brian to market and sell our house. In the end the sale didn’t go the way we wanted it to and had to take it off the market for circumstances outside of Brian’s control. What I can say for Brian is his customer service is next level. A huge benefit of using an independent estate agent like Brian is we had direct contact, either via email, phone or WhatsApp, to Brian and his team. This communication was great at keeping us informed of every viewer’s feedback, concerns, questions, were great and enabled us to stay right up to date with the latest. The knowledge of the team is outstanding as well, be that the local area, the market, or your pottery (which is essential when dealing with viewers) felt much more personal than other high street estate agents. Really smooth and professional experience from start to finish. The process was well-managed and stress-free, with great communication throughout. Brian was always contactable, even outside of regular hours via WhatsApp, which made things much easier and more personal. The marketing and photography were top-notch and really helped showcase the property in the best possible light. Both Brian and his colleague Saleem were extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Amazing, from start to finish! We were on with 2 other agents for over a year, with no joy, we needed to take action to sell and consulted Brian and his team, because they claimed to sell it faster, and specialised in none movers. After a professional take-on, top end photography, a fabulous write up - 2 weeks later, viewings commenced! By week 3 offers on the table, and it was at the solicitors shortly after, a bit of legal back and fourth, but Brian and the team covered this with constant updates and WhatsApp group updates... The sale went through! If you want a professional service, by an agent who actually attends your viewings and puts the effort in at every stage, Brian McG real estate is for you.
