Totally agree with the other reviewer. They charged ludicrous fees at every step without providing adequate service. Avoid by any means!... Read more

A Boubriak

Crooks and Thieves. The place seems to be mostly run by a Mr. Ali Dula who charged me "appropriate fees" (as was phrased in the contract) of £1600 for moving out early, which the estate agent told me was going directly to the landlord. When I spoke to the landlord a month later he had no idea we'd been charged and had not seen a penny of the money. The estate agents also tried to invoice me £600 for a "checkout fee" which consisted of him picking up the keys. On top of stealing from me of the actual service was dreadful, he couldn't tell me where I was supposed to throw out my rubbish. Twice told me to throw it in different shops dumpsters and did so for most of the year before the shop keeper saw me doing it and told me off because he had to pay for the collections. I would seriously advise avoiding them at all costs, landlords and renters alike.... Read more
