Paul Rae knows the area extremely well, and understands his clients. He is trustworthy and reliable. We would definitely use him again and recommend him above anybody else in the area. He was a breath of fresh air after two failed attempts with other estate agents.

Paul is one of the rare gems out there fighting the cause not only for the seller, but is also in the buyers corner. He was so kind, accommodating, generous and easy going and made the journey from first viewing to handing over the keys an uplifting experience. It might sound corny or cliched but I believe he took genuine pleasure in helping us find our first home.
Real estate agents oft get a bad wrap-sheet and this is largely based on experience. It's a tough game to be in and contrary to popular belief you need to be skilled and intelligent to be successful at it. To do it with warmth, understanding, humanity and heart - that is even tougher. Paul is one of those guys who is a great human who brings that energy to work every day and we are lucky to have had him help us every step of the way.

We just sold our house with Paul’s help. I can’t recommend enough. I was impressed when I first met Paul at how straightforward he was and how deeply he knew the area. After an initial and unsuccessful period of trying an online agent, we went with Paul and within a few weeks had secured a buyer within a difficult market. Excellent service!

Paul Rae is an excellent estate agent. We first worked with Paul in 2016 for a rental and again in 2022 for a purchase. On calling him out of the blue after 3 years he remembered who we were and our story, which is an under appreciated skill, and testament to how engrained Paul is in the NW5 community. The process of renting of purchasing is very well held by Paul, and I would recommend anyone looking to live in NW5 to speak with BRW. We have had experience with other estate agents and can absolutely say Paul is a stellar example of how it should be done.
