Bucks did an amazing job for me and my wife, We had an amazing lady called Lucy that couldn't do enough for us, in fact the whole bucks team was all the same, At every step of the way they would tell us what was happening, They communicated with us about everything and they helped at the final stages. Have to say the way this business is run is appalling Advertising houses to entice viewings Knowing full well they want £15k more Playing buyers off against each other to line there pockets with more commission Manipulation of the current climate Rather than just price the house and what the vendor wants And refrain from mind games Saying there is lots of interest from a house that was originally marketed £15k higher Buyer pulls out They relist it cheaper then say it’s the same price as before...
