Absolutely cannot fault Leaders. From the start Jenna was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and then with the hand over right up to moving day Charlotte was brilliant too. Everyone puts your mind at ease and is warm and friendly. Nothing is too silly or small to ask. Fantastic.

A special thanks to Cat, a problem my end held up proceedings but Cat worked tirelessly and very patiently to ensure this was promptly resolved, keeping me updated and well informed throughout the process.
The rent deposit scheme is something that suited me very well in my move and I feel could benefit many people.

The Leaders team are much more responsive, professional and courteous than a number of agents we've dealt with recently, and Cat and Lindsey in the Stowmarket branch, in particular, were a pleasure to deal with. I have been renting with Leaders Stowmarket for the last two years and I must say what an amazing estate agents they are. Over the last few months I have been mainly dealing with a fantastic young lady Charlotte. Charlotte has listened to everything that I have asked for or needed and has gone above and beyond to make it happen. She is always super happy and friendly and extremely approachable. No question or query is to big or small. Charlotte is very knowledgeable and professional in her field.
In Charlotte’s absence i have also dealt with another lovely young lady Cat who again is always willing to help and answer any questions.
Due to these ladies front of house at Stowmarket I am happy to say that I am confident and very comfortable to be staying and renting with them for the foreseeable future.

I'm not one to write reviews, however, we felt Cat from Leaders, Stowmarket was well deserving of a personal recommendation. Cat was personable, approachable and candid. In no way did we feel pressured and she really listened to our story and what we needed to gain from a new rental property. She was keen and passionate about ensuring we found the right home. So, if our experience with Cat is anything to go on, then I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Leaders.

My experience with Leaders Stowmarket is terrible, let me tell you why. After renewing rent contract for property managed by Leaders I was automatically switched from Scottish Power to Spark. I've contacted Leaders to explain the situation and get some answers, Miss Charlotte knew exactly what I was talking about, Leaders has a contract with Spark so every new tenant is transferred there (problem was I wasn't new tenant), I wasn't informed about this switch by Leaders either. Miss Charlotte apologise for not informing me and promised that she will sort out the problem and keep me updated. She called me same day and explained that she couldn't get through Sparks customer service and promised she will do it next day. That was about 3 weeks ago. Today I got bill form Spark for £139, with Scottish Power I paid £40 a month. Trying to call Leaders, answering machine. Would never rent from Leaders.

Kind, approachable and the staff understood exactly what I was looking for. Hard to find a local agent that is honest and did what they said they would. I do not have enough positive words to explain my experience with Leaders, I needed to move quickly so felt really pressured and in a dark place then I met Clare the Stowmarket Branch manager who is nothing short of amazing.
