From the flat viewing to the correspondence thru phone calls and emails when we decided to go with the flat, she was very clear, communicative, thorough and very patient with our queries and requests. She was proactive, communicative, and genuinely helpful in pushing things along, which made a big difference during what could have been a much more frustrating experience. It’s clear she takes her role seriously and actually looks to support tenants. They somehow manage to be human, friendly and highly professional all at once! Their advice is thoughtful and measured, and has been invaluable to me over the last ten years of them managing one of my rental properties. They respond quickly, are highly knowledgeable and never let anything drop. They are so close tuned in to the local market that they are really the only agent to use in this area

What I like the most about it is that the staff were very helpful especially ( Callum Murphy ) and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They were professional throughout the entire process and communication was spot on at all times. Particular thanks to Liam who was excellent. We had an issue come up in the process which could have derailed our sale, he immediately looked for solutions to save the sale and prevented a lot of stress.
