At times we thought would we ever find 'the one' but low and behold.... Mr Jack Meddings came to our rescue and found us our dream home in the heart of stunning Carshalton. Our sincere thanks also goes to Jane Kelly, sales progressor. Jane went above and beyond to meet our expectations, her tenacity and dedication throughout the process spoke volumes, and is a testament to her character. Without the help and support from Paul Graham we feel that we would still be searching for our dream house. Also, we would love to express our heart felt gratitude to all of the team. This was helpful because I found it a little difficult to constantly be looking for a flat due to work commitments. Lovely personality as well......people person. She delivers what she promises. 27th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)I recently had a viewing with your property company and I must say, the experience was rather mixed. On one hand, the lady who facilitated the viewing was very professional, a clear asset to your team. However, regrettably, I had a grossly different encounter with the manager. Their behaviour was disappointing, falling short of what one would expect of a professional in such a prominent role. This unprofessionalism overshadowed my experience and has left me with concerns regarding future interactions.

Will and Joe ensured we were always updated with everything that was going on in that long chain we were involved in. From Day 1, they were super friendly, supportive and helpful and made sure we managed to move into our new home without any hiccups. A special shout-out to Joe who was resourceful and always had a Plan B or C for every situation and was a calming influence on us. 10/10 would recommend them eyes closed if you are buying or selling!

7th Mar 2025 (20 days ago)Our experience with Ushers Estate Agents has been excellent. As it is a family owned business it felt very personal as the owner himself came to visit us. We were given really good advice about realistic valuation and we’re shown similar properties for sale in our area along with their market values. We received recommendations of solicitors, we are being kept informed throughout the process, the costs are very competitive, and we were even offered help and/or advice on our purchasing if needed. In all we are very happy with the service we have received so far from Ushers.

She was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process, helping us find the perfect rental home for our family. Robbie took the time to understand our needs, especially with three children, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Her dedication, professionalism, and friendly approach made a potentially stressful situation much easier. We're so grateful for her support and expertise!

11th Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)Sam was helpful with the purchase of the property. There were a few efficiencies that couldve been made - as is in any process. My name was spelt wrong in the initial checks that caused a little double work (by another colleague I think?). Either way the process was smooth and we were in contact most of the process. Albeit it was more us giving the agency an update on where we got with things than the other way about. Regardless everything - Sam has been very helpful in answering all the possibly dumb questions I had when it came to the sale.

21st Oct 2024 (22 weeks ago)Coming towards the end of our experience with the personal agent, can give nothing but 5 stars towards them and especially Sammy who has dealt with us. She's been extremely professional and understanding of our situation, whilst managing to find us a buyer within 2 weeks! Cannot praise Sammy enough throughout this whole time. Polite, courteous and pleasure of doing business with her, would highly recommend.

Rowan’s professional, personable and incredibly helpful with our house search (which’s a bumpy journey that lasts almost a year). His expertise and dedication really impressed me and we felt very lucky that we’ve finally secured the property together with his support. It’s definitely a big highlight of our year! From start to finish Rowan was very quick to confirm our viewings, readily available to unblock issues when they happen and maintain great communication among all parties throughout an incredibly stressful process. I would highly recommend buying from Ellisons and Rowan, it will make your life easier!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Out of all the agents that valued my property, Leigh came accross as being the most realistic with the best local market knowledge and offered me a really good deal. Natasha arranged the viewing that led to the sale and Ameera showed the buyers the property, both Natasha and Ameera were lovely and kept me informed throughout the sale process. I would definitely recommend Truuli as a very good agency.
