Awful experience. Didn’t sell the house as we removed them as our agents.
Poor communication from pretty much day one, and little to no support at all. Considering they are more expensive than the market average for estate agent fees and they charged £120 on top for photos to be taken I’d absolutely say they were not value for money and were not worth the effort.

We had our property on with a well known local brand and the service we received was awful and in them having it for 10 weeks we were no better off than when we started advertising.
Nathan and his team took us on, and within 24hrs of signing the instruction we had 6 viewings booked in that weekend and needless to say it was sold that very weekend. It is amazing what a motivated and committed team can do rather than a more traditional agent just saying “it’s the market, there’s lots of similar properties around, it’s interest rates etc etc”.
Once we had an offer Amelia took control of the sales process and the communication has been brilliant, keeping us updated through out the whole process and dealing with solicitors enquiries.
I have found the whole process with Butt estates fantastic and I genuinely cannot fault their desire and passion for selling homes, they back themselves and I can see why delivering results so quickly. I will be recommending them to everyone and they will certainly have our business in the future.

Nathan took a call from me on a Saturday morning and squeezed us in for a viewing on a Sunday morning, which is entirely above and beyond! Original process of completing and putting in offer on a house they advertised was very easy and they were helpful. After this we did have difficulty with the seller not their fault but the lack of communication from the through the whole process after offer completion is horrendous we didn’t hear anything for over a month. We then asked for more communication as we had time limits and still nothing, even if there was no change it takes no time at all to drop a email to say no further forward or just checking to let us know. Just before pulling out as time limits and lack of communication, my partner called and just wanted to check nothing has changed and they were very rude and condescending and made us feel stupid for contacting them. It made us really feel unwanted and they didn’t want our business. Working in retail myself I really don’t think we asked for much a email once in a while would be nice.

Can't recommend Butt Estates enough. Estate agents are obviously working for the seller, but as buyers, they couldn't have done any more for us. Nathan is incredibly responsive, and always on the ball. Emily was fantastic with sorting out our mortgage, and also helped out with chasing our solicitors where needed. Both of them are extremely down to earth and pleasant to talk to.
If anyone is looking to sell their property, you should only be considering Butt Estates!
