I cannot speak highly enough of Butt Estate Agents and their phenomenal team. Their professionalism, dedication, and skill are second to none, making them an absolute delight to deal with from the very beginning of selling our house.
We loved the beautiful reel of our house so much! We found their service to be excellent, friendly, and very professional. Everyone was outstanding. Nathan provided us with lots of suggestions, Caroline and Justine conducted our viewings perfectly , Tia always helped us with our enquiries, and Emily sorted out all the aspects of our mortgage.
In particular, a huge thank you to Amelia who kept us informed every step of the way. She has been amazing and helped us with all our enquiries at every moment. She has been an absolute star, and it was a pleasure to have her involved in this important process for us.

This was the first time we used Butt Estates to sell our buy to let property - they were one of three elected to value the property. They valued it at the highest price !!! - well above the other two agents. They had a list of interested parties and got to work and sold within weeks - THANK YOU BUTT ESTATES......

We had our property on with a well known local brand and the service we received was awful and in them having it for 10 weeks we were no better off than when we started advertising.
Nathan and his team took us on, and within 24hrs of signing the instruction we had 6 viewings booked in that weekend and needless to say it was sold that very weekend. It is amazing what a motivated and committed team can do rather than a more traditional agent just saying “it’s the market, there’s lots of similar properties around, it’s interest rates etc etc”.
Once we had an offer Amelia took control of the sales process and the communication has been brilliant, keeping us updated through out the whole process and dealing with solicitors enquiries.
I have found the whole process with Butt estates fantastic and I genuinely cannot fault their desire and passion for selling homes, they back themselves and I can see why delivering results so quickly. I will be recommending them to everyone and they will certainly have our business in the future.

I found everyone including the receptionist very kind, formal but friendly.

Don’t look for any other company.
Nathan and the team have been absolutely amazing from start to finish.
The team always updated us with the latest status of the chain. Always willing to go that extra mile to ensure that our move went to plan.
We were very happy with the sale price received for our property and the length of time it took to be under offer.
