I've had a great experience purchasing a property and then renting it out using Callaway. It's been such a great pleasure to work with David who really seems to care about helping his clients get the best possible outcome and he has a wealth of experience of both the local area and beyond.
I would highly recommend Callaway to any investor, landlord or homeowner.

I have been really satisfied and happy with Callaway & Co and am so glad I chose them to sell my property. It was a complicated shared ownership process and David had been extremely helpful to me throughout, working together at every step of the way. He has been engaged, proactive, professional, he took the time to listen making the whole process as smooth as possible. This was more than what I could have expected after having dealt with many other estate agents in my time, especially in London. At times when the process was so frustrating, he was a beacon of light and with his experience and knowledge of the industry, I really did not feel alone in this difficult process, but so supported. It made all the difference - on a professional level but also on a personal relational level. His communication style and customer service attitude is commendable and I would definitely recommend David anytime, and have already passed on details to others in the same building that want to sell. I have interacted with David and family for 3+ years in 2 different flats. They are hands down the best landlords and estate agents I have ever worked with. Professional, friendly, extremely efficient, and a great network of contractors to solve issues promptly.

Genuinely excellent letting agents who care about their clients and customers alike. David in particular has been so kind in dealing with all my queries in a prompt and efficient manner, irrespective of how small they might seem to him. Would highly recommend both as a tenant, and as a landlord looking for a great agency to use to advertise and rent my property.

They work with experienced contractors and have always responded in a prompt and respectful manner. Highly recommended! Never had such a good experience with an estate agent before.

Cannot thank you enough,from start to finish we had a good experience with this company,my family and I have no experience in the property world at all, David and his experienced team made us feel at home.
They inspected our house for us and reported to us sometimes on a daily basis as we do not live in London,and found buyers for our house in record time.
